Cancellation and Refunds

• Full payment to Jessica at Blossom and Bond, is required at the time of booking to secure your place on a course or class, paid in advance via the website

• If Blossom and Bond cancel a class for any reason, an alternative class will be offered first and if that is not suitable for the parent, the session cancelled will be refunded in full.

• If a parent needs to cancel a course or class, Jessica must be notified in writing before 14 working days of the course commencing, this will entitle the parent to a full refund, minus a 10% fee to cover booking fees (such as card or PayPal payments) and admin costs.

• If a parent needs to cancel a course or class, due to booking the incorrect course, and it is more than 14 days prior to the course starting, then the parent will be refunded the full amount minus a 10% fee to cover booking fees (such as card or PayPal payments) and admin costs.

• If a parent wants to transfer their booking to a different course or class, and it is within 14 days of the course commencing, Jessica can do this for you, subject to availability. However, if there is a difference in price, then the parent will be invoiced the difference / refunded the difference minus a 10% fee to cover booking fees (such as card or PayPal payments) and admin costs.

• Cancellation within 14 days of the course start date or withdrawing during a course, is classed as a cancellation and no refund for the course or remaining classes will be given. However, Jessica will always try to offer you an alternative course or class to attend, where possible.

• Jessica understands that on occasion a class may be missed due to unforeseen circumstances. Jessica is under no obligation to refund missed classes. Our costs remain the same regardless of attendance. However, an alternative class/ catch up session, will be offered, subject to availability. 

• Blossom and Bond reserve the right to cancel/suspend a course/workshop if there is an issue with the venue, class numbers, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation made by Blossom and Bond, a full refund will be given or an alternative session will be offered, subject to availability.

Welfare and Safety

• Parents must supervise and be responsible for the welfare of their babies at all times whilst attending classes.

• Parents are responsible for gaining GP or Consultants advice and clearance for baby massage if their child has any illness, injury, disability or special need prior to or during the course.

• It is the responsibility of the parent/caregiver to inform the instructor of any changes including medical conditions prior to commencing any class.

• Blossom and Bond will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury that may occur in or outside the venue.

• All discussion content shared between attending parents and in the class WhatsApp groups should be kept confidential.

• Photographs will only be taken with the consent of parents, made known to Jessica through the booking form.

• Photographs will only be shared on Blossom and Bond's social media site and website with the consent of parents, made known to Jessica through the booking form.

• Blossom and Bond respects your rights to privacy and will protect the general information which you have provided in your booking form to attend a course. We will not share your information with third parties, and will protect your data from misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure and alteration to the best of its ability.

• If Covid-19 restrictions means our face to face classes have to be cancelled, all remaining classes will be held online via Zoom.

• Please do not attend a baby class if you or a member of your family show signs or symptoms of Coronavirus. Remain at home & seek medical advice. Please advise your Instructor.

Qualified and Insured

• Your instructor, Jessica, is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor, from 10th February 2023, with Blossom & Berry training provider. Her certificate is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives and the Federation of Holistic Therapies.

• Your instructor, Jessica, is a Certified Baby Yoga Instructor, from 27th April 2023, with Blossom & Berry training provider. Her certificate is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives and the Federation of Holistic Therapies.

• Your instructor, Jessica, is a Certified Tree Babies Instructor, from 10th February 2023, with Blossom & Berry training provider. Her certificate is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives and the Federation of Holistic Therapies.

• Jessica, your instructor, is DBS checked.

• Jessica, your instructor, is covered by Malpractice and Professional Liability, and Public Liability insurance up to £1,000.000, through Westminster Insurance.

Other

• A Professional Mini Photoshoot is provided by an external company as part of Blossom and Bond's Baby Massage course. All correspondence and payment for this is made directly between the Photographer and the client. Jessica holds no responsibility for this extra service or the quality of the photos paid for.

• If the Photographer is unable to attend the Graduation session for any reason, then alternative provisions will be arranged at the best of Jessica's ability. However, if no alternative photographer can be found, the session will still go ahead even without the photographer there. Jessica will always offer photos taken by herself to help.

• The Professional Mini Photoshoot is not guaranteed, and only seen as an added extra. Weekly photos, including a mini photoshoot against a floral backdrop, taken by Jessica will still happen, with photos sent to the parent, with their consent.
