Service Description
What to expect in Baby Yoga? Relax, connect and have fun with your baby on this five star rated Baby Yoga course. Each session is themed differently for baby to enjoy a range of music, stretches and songs. We also take time to relax ourselves working on some light stretches and breathing techniques. Each session starts with some time chatting as a group and getting to know each other. Then we enjoy some singing and dry massage to nursery rhymes. Both baby and parent then enjoy some yoga inspired stretches to themed music. There will be many movements for baby including stretches, bounces, balances, swings and dips. All of these aim to help to improve their coordination and strengthen their vestibular system but will also work on your own strength and postnatal recovery. At the end of each session we take some time to relax with baby enjoying a relaxation walk together, followed by a hot drink and a chat with other parents. Weekly photos are taken, with your consent and there is a floral photo opportunity in the final week. Further information can be found on my 'classes' page. Please bring a blanket to the session for your baby to lie on, a yoga mat will be provided for you. You may want to wear comfy clothes and dress baby in comfortable clothes too. Suitable for babies aged 12 weeks to pre-active moving (approx 1 year old) Parents are responsible for their baby at all times.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refunds ​ Full payment to Jessica at Blossom and Bond, is required at the time of booking to secure your place on a course or class, paid in advance via the website. If Blossom and Bond cancel a class for any reason, an alternative class will be offered first and if that is not suitable for the parent, the session cancelled will be refunded in full. If a parent needs to cancel a course or class, Jessica must be notified in writing before 14 working days of the course commencing, this will entitle the parent to a full refund, minus a 10% fee to cover booking fees (such as card or PayPal payments) and admin costs. Cancellation within 14 days of the course start date or withdrawing during a course, is classed as a cancellation and no refund for the course or remaining classes will be given. However, Jessica will always try to offer you an alternative course or class to attend, where possible. Jessica understands that on occasion a class may be missed due to unforeseen circumstances. Jessica is under no obligation to refund missed classes. Our costs remain the same regardless of attendance. However, an alternative class/ catch up session, will be offered, subject to availability. Blossom and Bond reserve the right to cancel/suspend a course/workshop if there is an issue with the venue, class numbers, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation made by Blossom and Bond, a full refund will be given or an alternative session will be offered, subject to availability.
